    Yes. I agree in theory, BUT there needs to be accountability that citizens are getting what they pay for.

    Yes. A city needs to keep it's vibrancy for the citizens to partake in & tourists to enjoy. Latest stats figures for NS rate of inflation is over 4%, so 1% does not even cover this sector's increase cost.

    Yes. Sounds great in principal, BUT again accountability, where it can be PROVEN that the revenue generated from this position for outweighs the cost.

    Yes. One of the major complaints I am hearing from constituents is about traffic flow/congestion & lack of proper mass transit. We MUST have a vision of how to solve - long term - our transportation problems.

    Yes. I have spoken to developers that want more transparency & constituents who want to see proper economic growth in HRM. A proper process could solve this problem.
