Malcolm Fraser is the President and Managing Partner of ISL, one of Canada's most experienced and talented web marketing and development companies. Founding the company in 1995, he has been at the forefront of Internet strategy since the introduction of the first commercial web browser. Malcolm's approach to website design and development gives priority to usability, viewing it as the most important contributor to an exceptional user experience. His success rides on his relentless focus on understanding how people behave online—how they actually use and interact with the sites and applications ISL designs and builds. Leading senior management, Malcolm and his team have helped clients understand how to leverage this medium to solve complex business and marketing problems.  Malcolm is a resident of Armdale.
