Larry MacEachern
I believe that engaging our citizens in determining the priorities and the future of the City is a truly exciting opportunity.  Too often the voice of the average citizen is lost to the voice of the outspoken.  The citizen engagement process that we have used has demonstrated the power of bringing powerful questions to our communities and I am excited about how we can use this method to help guide our future.

Larry MacEachern is Senior Vice President and Managing Partner at communications agency Colour. Larry has been a leader in the Halifax communications sector for over fifteen years working with clients such as Aliant, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Labatt, Medavie Blue Cross, Nova Scotia Tourism, NSCC and The Chronicle Herald.
